PRODUCTION TIME

PRODUCTION TIME 3 Day Service on over 300 products in catalog, (4 Day service for embroidered items). Standard Service is approximately 10 working days based on 5 day workweek, (excluding holidays). Up to 3 additional production days may be required for each additional color/location imprint. Production time begins upon receipt of order, viable artwork, credit approval and written approval of proof, (if applicable). Production time does not include day the order is received at the factory.

Set-Up CHARGES See individual pages for setup charges. Setup charges apply to ALL printed orders Reduced setup charges on reorders.

PMS MATCHES $35.00 per color, allow up to 2 extra production days per color, PMS matches cannot be guaranteed on dark colored items.

PAPER PROOF Add $7.50. Allow 3 working days for paper proofs. PRODUCTION TIME BEGINS AFTER RECEIPT OF WRITTEN PROOF APPROVAL.

ITEM PROOF Add unit price of item (end column) plus the cost of Set-Up and applicable Running Charges. Refer to individual catalog pages for applicable charges. Allow 5 working days for item proofs. PRODUCTION TIME BEGINS AFTER RECEIPT OF WRITTEN APPROVAL. Proof Set-Up charges do not apply to order.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS $8.00 per additional destination after the first, multiple split shipments may delay production/delivery time.

UNDER MINIMUM See the "Absolute Minimum" section on individual pages for applicable charges orders for quantities under the absolute minimum will not be accepted.

ADDITIONAL COLOR IMPRINT Refer to individual item page for additional charges. Please note that "Additional Color Set-Up Charges" on re-orders incur full Set-Up Charges. Allow 3 additional production days per additional color. Items with a 3-color imprint require a minimum of 500 pieces. Items with 4 or more imprint colors require a minimum of 1,000 pieces. Orders for Rubbermaid products with 3 or more colors of imprint require a minimum of 96 pieces. Registration within 1/32" is factory acceptable, (excluding embroidered items). See page 44 for General Embroidery Information.

IMPRINT COLOR CHANGE $20.00. Quantities must meet catalog absolute minimums.

COPY CHANGE Add an additional Set-Up Charge per color for each copy change. Quantities per copy must meet catalog absolute minimums, (an under minimum charge may apply, refer to individual catalog page).

CELLO-WRAP (ON PENS): Included on selected pens and pen-highlighter combinations at no additional charge. Cello-wrap on other pens is OPTIONAL, Add $0.03 each.

BILLING INFORMATION

QUANTITY BREAKS in-between quantities will be invoiced at the lower quantity price.

OVER/UNDERUNS We reserve the right to ship up to 7% over or under the quantity ordered. Billing will be done accordingly.

TERMS Net 30 Days to existing open account customers; prepaid for all others. Finance Charges not to exceed 1-1/2% per month will accrue on past due balances. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. All payments must be made in U.S. FUNDS. There is a $30.00 charge for returned checks, (per check).

CLAIMS All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of receipt of order.

CANCELLATIONS $15.00 plus the cost of a billable work done up to the time of cancellation.

COLLECTIONS Accounts requiring collection will be liable for all collection costs, including all fees, costs and expenses incurred.

CREDITS Unused credits will be reversed/voided after 12 months.

ORDERING INFORMATION

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS All orders are acknowledged via fax. Please read carefully and contact us immediately with corrections. Orders will be processed and billed as per information on order acknowledgement. Any changes made to an order after receipt at factory must be confirmed in writing.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS All confirming orders must be clearly marked as "CONFIRMATION" Factory is not responsible for duplication of order(s) if not clearly marked on order.

RE-ORDERS Please specify the most recent P.O. Number and/or Studio invoice Number from your previous order.

PEN INK FILLERS Standard ink filler color is black.

SHIPPING & PACKAGING INFORMATION

METHOD OF SHIPPING Please specify deadline use date and appropriate method of shipping to meet your deadline. If sipping method is not specified on your order, factory will use own judgement to determine the carrier/method, (Ground or Air), to meet your deadline.

SHIPPING WEIGHTS/FREIGHT CHARGES: Shipping weights specified in catalog are approximations only, based on 100-piece count unless otherwise specified. Shipping weight may vary greatly from actual weight. Other variances may occur from product density, packaging and dimensional shipping weight based on carrier guidelines. The Studio is not responsible for differences in final freight charges versus quoted estimates.

LIABILITY All merchandise becomes the customer's property upon delivery to the carrier. Lost shipment claims must be made in writing within 10 days of the ship date. Damaged shipment claims must be made directly with the carrier.

IMPRINT INFORMATION

IMPRINT AREAS The MAXIMUM imprint area (as noted on individual item pages) will be used unless exact instructions are stated on your order.

PERFECT CIRCLE IMPRINTS May not print as "perfect circles" on cups, mugs or other products that are tapered or curved.

IMPRINT LOCATION Please specify imprint location on items where more than one imprint area is offered (see individual item pages for location information). If imprint location is not specified, factory will use own judgement based on size and /or content or imprint.

WRAP-AROUND-IMPRINT Available ONLY on the following items: SM-6565, SM-6566, SM-6645, SM-6695, SM-6700, SM-6720, SM-6725, SM-6730, SM-6740, SM-6750, SM-6880, AND SM-7999.
